If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS

You have 30 calendar days to return the kittens from the date you received them.

To be eligible for a return, your kitten must have an issue declared by your vet and in the same condition that you received it.

Your kitten must be in its original Crate.

Your kitten needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase issued by us.

REFUNDS

Once we receive the kitten back, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the kitten and make sure all you said was true. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund or change of kitten after inspecting the kitten.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (through the original method of payment) or a change of kitten.

You will receive the funds instantly or the new kitten after a few hours depending on where are you located and the flight.

SHIPPING

We will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your kitten.
